Over the week long camp, students will work with water colour, air-dry clay, acrylic paint, mixed media, and coloured pencils.

Theatre; Just Because Summer Camp
5-8 years old
9:00am - 12:00pm
This fun-filled and creative week will introduce our littlest artists to the world of theatre! The week will include dramatic play and exploration, theatre-based games, design through arts and crafts, and other creative activities. We'll step out of our comfort zone and perform for one another, using children's stories as our dramatic texts.
Theatre; Just Because Summer Camp
9-12 years old
1:00-4:00pm
Junior Players welcomes campers from ages 9-11 to make creative decisions and work together in an ensemble, the foundation of all our youth programming. Campers will explore performance creation with an emphasis on acting and storytelling. There will alos be the opportunity to explore skills related to design and directing. Campers will build confidence while creating final performances that tell a complete story through staging, acting, and costume/prop elements.

About the Suncor Energy Centre for the Performing Arts
The Suncor Energy Centre for the Performing Arts (SECPA) at Holy Trinity Catholic High School is a state of the art performing arts centre that was created through a proud partnership between the Fort McMurray Catholic School Board, Suncor Energy and the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. Fostering partnerships and meeting community needs were the driving forces behind the initiative and created a dynamic facility for the Wood Buffalo region.
