UpTown! Dance
Fort McMurray's only non-competitive dance studio since 2012!
Registration for our 15th season is NOW OPEN!
We offer dance classes from ages 3 to adult in the following styles:
Ballet - Jazz - Tap - Lyrical - Contemporary Hip Hop - Musical Theatre - Acro
Students will learn musicality, choreography, team-building, and a sense of belonging while in the care of our dance instructors and assistants.
Broadway Bound
For ages 5 to 14.
Sign your budding performer up for a fantastic week of theatre, music, and dance!
Led by industry professionals, participants will learn the fundamentals of acting, singing, and dancing through the production of the Olympics themed musical "Go For Gold".
Dare to Dance! Camp
Dare to Dance? Join UpTown’s Summer Dance Camp where every dancer gets a chance to shine! From high-energy choreography to creative exploration, dancers will build confidence, express themselves, and discover their love for movement. Take the leap, feel the beat, and light up the stage. Dare to Dance!
No previous dance training required.

About the Suncor Energy Centre for the Performing Arts
The Suncor Energy Centre for the Performing Arts (SECPA) at Holy Trinity Catholic High School is a state of the art performing arts centre that was created through a proud partnership between the Fort McMurray Catholic School Board, Suncor Energy and the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. Fostering partnerships and meeting community needs were the driving forces behind the initiative and created a dynamic facility for the Wood Buffalo region.
